Our tour guide and Great Egypt travel as company were excellent. We did the extras of Abu Simbel and Nubian village. We also did the hot air balloon which was definitely worth it. We had loads of fun snorkelling and viewing the breathtaking sights Nusa Penida had to offer. Our guide, Gede, was a gem, very informative and helpful. He would get in lines to get our pictures taken hence saving us the time and effort of waiting in the sun. One thing to note however, we didnt see any mantas while snorkelling in manta bay, in fact there was a lot of trash there. Also in other snorkelling sites we got stung by hoards of small jellyfish so be cautious of that. Most of us powered through it but some others had a tough time with it. Regardless, it was still a great experience and a day well spent.  Hide review

Hassan, our guide in the Nile cruise, both ensured everything went exceptionally smoothly. I give the guides 5 star review and big thanks. The food was very good but catered to western travellers where it was would be excellent to have more Egyptian or Arabic food to fully immerse in the cultural experience. As our hotel served breakfast from 7:30AM, and was more than hour away from cable car station we had to skip the breakfast in... Show full review ➤ As our hotel served breakfast from 7:30AM, and was more than hour away from cable car station we had to skip the breakfast in order to make it there in time. The scheduled meeting time stated on voucher was 8:45AM. To our surprise, all the other guides started boarding the cable car and our was nowhere to be found. When I called the agency, it was obvious, that I had caused a mini heartattack because they had clearly forgotten about us. So I found out that the meeting time was rescheduled to 9:45AM and no one bothered to inform us in advance. We had to wait another hour for our guide - that we could have done at our hotel during breakfast... After he arrived, everything went well and we were happy to get up top. But apart from "sorry", which didn't even sound sincere, we didn't receive any other refund.  Hide review

My driver Ricardo was excellent! He went above and beyond for me! He could see birds and places miles ahead. We also stopped at a fruit stand & tried fruit I have never eaten before. I told him I was afraid of heights but did a hanging bridge. He even ordered lunch for me because I was tired of beans & rice. I had chicken soup & cerviche. It was excellent!
