DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1 HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL - EARLY CHECK-IN - CU CHI TUNNELS

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City!

On arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by our representative and then transferred to your hotel. Early check-in is available for you.

13:00 Driver pick up and depart for Cu Chi Tunnels, before exploring the tunnels, you will have a short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of wartime. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the specially constructed living areas with kitchens, and bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relaxation or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. (Optional).

DAY 2 HO CHI MINH - MEKONG DELTA MY THO - FLIGHT TO DA NANG (B/L)

Breakfast at the hotel then check out.

08:00 Leaving the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and starting your trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Break on the way.

After around 1.5 hour drive, you will board a traditional Mekong Delta boat and cruise down the Mekong River to visit Unicorn Island (Thoi Son Island). Walk around the country lane, see orchards, and enjoy tropical fruits and folk song music performed by the local people.

Then take an electric car to explore the local village. Ride a hand-rowed sampan through the Thoi Son canal and treat yourself to the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit the honey-bee farm, and enjoy the honey tea and coconut candy workshop.

Have lunch in the restaurant.

Take a rest after lunch before boarding the motorboat back to My Tho. We drive to visit Vinh Trang Pagoda which dates back to the late 19th century and features a harmonious fusion of Vietnamese, Khmer, and Chinese architectural styles. After that, we drive another 1,5 hours back to Ho Chi Minh City.

16.30: Reach Ho Chi Minh City.

Continue to transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will meet and transfer you to the hotel for check-in.

DAY 3 DA NANG - SON TRA - MARBLE MOUNTAIN - HOI AN ANCIENT TOWN (B/D)

Breakfast in the hotel and free leisure in the morning.

PICK-UP TIME: 13:30-14:00

13:45-14:00 Pick you up from your hotel and warmly welcome you to start our trip. Drive along Hoang Sa-Truong Sa Street to Son Tra peninsula, and visit the Linh Ung pagoda - the city's symbol of peace. Enjoy the beautiful view from the top

16:00 Continue to visit Marble Mountain and discover the stunning natural caves, the mysterious pagodas, and the Stone Carving Village.

17:30 Head to Hoian ancient town and visit the Fukian Assembly Hall to encounter ancient architecture, and see the Japanese Covered Bridge....Walk around for shopping & enjoy the beautiful light of thousands of lanterns.

19:00 Enjoy a light Dinner in a local restaurant.

20:00 Return to Da Nang. Arrive at the hotel.

DAY 4 DA NANG - BANA HILLS - GOLDEN BRIDGE - FANTASY PARK - FLIGHT TO HANOI (B/L)

Breakfast at the hotel, then check out

08:30: Meet your guide and driver to head to Ba Na Hills. Take a cable car ride from Ba Na Hills station, and stop at Night station to visit Vong Nguyet Hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, and The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain - the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience the hill climbing train (the first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar) and flower garden Le Jardin D’amour.

You should not miss walking on the famous Golden Bridge hanging in the foggy hills of the mountain, witnessing the amazing and gorgeous view of Da Nang City.

Have lunch at a restaurant on Ba Na Hills.

In the afternoon, free to join games in Fantasy Park - the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with a series of interesting games: 4 - 5D film, skiver, The Death Race, Dinosaur Park…

About 03 hours before your flight time, transfer you to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Ha Noi. On arrival, meet your driver (no guide) in Ha Noi and drive to the hotel in the city center. Check-in at the hotel and relax.

DAY 5 HUE CITY - HUE IMPERIAL - KHAI DINH TOMB - THIEN MU PAGODA (B/L)

Have Breakfast in hotel.

08:00 Pick-up: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hue and start the journey.

Hai Van Pass: Drive through the scenic Hai Van Pass, also known as the "Ocean Cloud Pass" offering breathtaking views of the coastline and lush mountains. It’s one of the most picturesque roads in Vietnam.

Lap An Lagoon: Stop at Lap An Lagoon, a peaceful coastal lagoon where you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the surrounding natural scenery.

Thien Mu Pagoda: Visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest and most iconic pagodas in Vietnam, located on the banks of the Perfume River. The pagoda is famous for its 7-story tower and rich historical significance.

Khai Dinh Tomb: Explore Khai Dinh Tomb, a royal tomb with a unique blend of traditional Vietnamese architecture and Western influences. This magnificent site is known for its detailed mosaics and intricate design.

Lunch: Enjoy a delicious lunch with local specialties in Hue, famous for its royal cuisine.

Imperial City Hue (The Citadel): Visit the Imperial City (The Citadel), the historical heart of the Nguyen Dynasty. Wander through the majestic gates, royal palaces, temples, and courtyards, learning about the rich cultural heritage of Vietnam.

15:00 Return: After a full day of exploring the cultural highlights of Hue, your guide will return Da Nang

Free to explore Da Nang and have dinner by yourself

DAY 6 DA NANG - COCONUT FOREST - FLIGHT TO HANOI (B/L)

9:00 Car and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point to depart for Hoi An. You arrive at the seven-acre coconut forest tourist area.

9:30 Tourists move by basket boat to swim in coconut creeks to explore Bay Mau coconut forest.

Here, visitors will experience with local fishermen casting nets, casting nets, trawling fish, fishing for crabs, racing basket boats. In particular, visitors will enjoy the skill of "slashing" the water of fishermen on a very skillful basket boat and listen to the folk songs.

11:00 Lunch at the restaurant and relax

13:00 The car picks up tourists from the Coconut Forest to return to Da Nang City.

Continue to transfer to Da Nang airport for flight to Ha Noi. Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will meet and transfer you to the hotel for check-in.

DAY 7 HANOI - SAPA - HAM RONG MOUNTAIN (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel

06:45 - 07:00: Our bus will pick you up at the hotel in HaNoi old quarter depart to

Sapa, following Noi Bai - Lao Cai high-way. On the half way stop for short break in Phu Tho province about 20 minutes.

13:00: Arrive in Sapa Town, tour guide pick you up, transfer to check in hotel and have lunch.

14:00: You will explore Ham Rong Mountain with unspoiled and spectacular scenery. Here, you can enjoy many kinds of colorful flowers in the Indochina Orchid Garden. Passing two Heaven Gates, visitors will reach the top of Ham Rong which is called Pitch Cloud and have a panoramic view of Sapa.

19:00: After dinner, you are free to explore the charm of Sapa by night, enjoy roasted corn, baked

eggs beside charcoal fire or go shopping.

DAY 8 SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE (B/L/D)

Breakfast in hotel then check out.

Morning: After breakfast, you start trekking to Cat Cat village which is occupied by the Black H’mong tribe. Here, you can see the hydroelectric power station which was built by the French in twentieth century. You will experience the tribal way of life of ethnic minorities while enjoying wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and the waterfall in Cat Cat village.

Back to Sapa for lunch.

Afternoon: Free time to relax, visit Sapa town, take photos, buy souvenirs.

Have dinner in Restaurant

DAY 9 SAPA - FANSIPAN - HA NOI (B/L/-)

08:00: After breakfast, transfer to Fansipan cable car station. Lying on an altitude of 3,143m above sea level, the peak of Fansipan is dubbed the “Roof of Indochina”. Sun, clouds, wind and mountain seem to consist of a harmonious and colorful chorus. Gazing down the fairy scenery at sunrise as well as sunset would always be an unbeatable experience for those who love nature. Back to Sapa for checkout and have lunch.

14:30 - 15:00 It‘s time to say “Goodbye Sapa!” and drive back to Hanoi. Along the way, once again you have a chance to enjoy the magical beauty of northwest mountains.

21:30 - 22:00 Arrive in HaNoi old quarter.

The guest will come back to the hotel by themselves.

Vietnam visa:

◼Visa Online is required to be done in advance. We provide E-visa services. If you haven’t applied yet, you can contact us for further assistance.

Flights:

◼ Programs based on scheduled domestic flights. The schedule given in the program can differ with or without prior notice from the airlines. If you booked flights on your own, any change on the flights needs to be updated to us before the trip. We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or delays caused by airlines, but we will try to give the best solution following your program.

Hotel/ Accommodation:

◼ The official hotel check-in is 2.00 pm or 3.00 pm - checkout time is 11.00 am or 12.00 pm. A surcharge for early check-in or late check-out will be applied.

◼ For some 4-star hotels and almost 5-star hotels: A deposit for incidental charges: guests’ credit card imprint OR cash is required upon check-in from 50 -200 USD/room/night and it is refunded after deducting any consumption at checkout.

Food/Meals:

If any meals are included in the tour, our arrangement:

◼ Lunches and Dinners on private tours are Vietnamese local food (local veg and non-veg food are available). (Indian food for Indian travelers but based on the availability of each place such as Halong Bay, Mekong, mountainous areas, local villages... will be local food only).

◼ Lunches and Dinners on the SIC tour (Group tour) are local food only (local veg and non-veg food are available).

Other types of foods such as: Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean, French, Italian... and so on are excluded from our tour package. If you want to add these types of food to your trip, kindly update the requirements from the beginning of the travel request.

Tipping (exclude from tour price):

Tipping is a traveling culture, tipping for guides, drivers, and other services is expected especially for private tours. Kindly prepare it in advance in cash and give it directly to the guides and drivers.…

Transfer:

◼ Our price is based on the group arriving (or departing) at one time (one flight). In case, clients arrive (or depart) at different flight times and need a different airport transfer, an extra transfer will be charged so kindly update the flight time for us to add the surcharge on the package.

◼ If dinners are requested to be included in the tour cost. Dinner time is in 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00 pm including pick up/drop off from/to hotel. Overtime (after 9.00 pm) will be surcharged.

If lunches and dinners are not included in the program, no guide or vehicle escort. The transfer (or guide) will be provided only for sightseeing and activities as in the details itinerary. If you need a transfer for lunch/dinner or more time for sightseeing or more visiting places or dinner, please inform us in advance to include the cost from the beginning.
