13:00 Start a loop with an easy rider to loop Ha Giang: Check in Bac Sum pass, Heaven Gate Quan Bạ, visit Lung Tam traditional weaving village

Day 2: Quản Bạ- Mèo Vạc

8:30 Breakfast at Trang Kim with Hoa ethnic minority traditional Pho noodle

9:30 Check in Can Ty.

Day 4: Ha Giang city- Nam Ly Retreat ( Haft day hiking)

8:00 A mini bus pick you up to Hoang Su Phi

11:00 Check in Nam Ly Retreat. ( Private room)

12:00: Have lunch

13:30: Hiking to Lung Dam village ( a loop of 8 km) and visit Nung ethnic minority village

17:00 Come back Homestay.

19:00: Have dinner

Day 5: Hiking Nam Ly Retreat- Ho Thau ( 17 km):

8:00: Have breakfast

8:30: Nam Ly Retreat to Shan Tuyet tea hill

12:00: Have lunch with Red Dao ethnic family

13:00: visit Red Dao ethnic minority village

17:00 Arrive Ho Thau Eco Bungalow ( Private room)

19:00: Have dinner

Day 6: Hiking Ho Thau- Nam Ai ( 17 km)

8:00: Have breakfast

8:30: Pass through a primary forest

11:00 Visit Black Dao ethnic minority houses, meeting local people in Nam Son village

12:00: Have lunch with a Black Dao ethnic local family

13:00: Visit Nam Ai village

17:00 Arrive Nam Ai Homestay & spend a night at dormitory room

19:00: Have dinner

Day 7: Hiking Nam Ai- Thong Nguyen ( 17 km):

8:00: Have breakfast

8:30: Pass through beautiful rice terraces, see a nice stream along Nam Ty village

12:00: have lunch with a local family

13:00 Visit Lang Giang, a peaceful village has wide rice fields, ancient stilt houses and buffaloes leisurely grazing village.

14:00 Arrive at the central of Thong Nguyen town. You can take an Onsen bath in hot spring there.

16:00 A taxi picks you up to Tan Quang station

18:00 A sleeper bus take you back to Hanoi/ or Sapa

23:00 Arrive in Hanoi. Finish the trip
