4 days hiking in Hoang Su Phi, Ha Giang, Vietnam

Day 1: Hanoi - Nam Ly Retreat- Hiking to Tay Ethnic Group village.

A Limo Car picks you up at the Meeting Point in the Old Quarter. During the trip you will have a great experience of traveling to see the mountain and the valley are higher and higher. You will check in Nậm Lỳ Retreat, a traditional wodden house in a Black Dao ethnic minority village and start your hiking to Cao Son village to explore a Tay ethnic minority village. You will have an experience of cooking by yourself with a local family and will be shared recipes for traditional dishes of the Black Dao ethnic group in Hoang Su Phi .You will have 1 night at Nậm Lỳ Retreat in a private room with a clean bathroom full hot water side by side.Your room overlooks the mountains and terraces fields. You can hear the waterfall falling down and dim lights of the stilt houses on the other side of the valley look like night stars.

* Please note: You should bring some snack for small lunch since Limo Car doesn't stop for long time

Day 2: Nam Ly Retreat- Ho Thau village ( 12- 17km):

You will start a long day hiking with a local guide. Please note, he doesn't speak much English but can completely understand you via the English translation App. Besides, you will be always supported by English/French audio guide and a tour operator online in time. You will pass through Shan Tuyet tea hills, terraces fields as far as the eyes can see, swim in a beautiful waterfall in the valley. You will have lunch outdoor, spend the night in a Dao Đỏ ( Red Dao) ethnic minority traditional wooden house.

Day 3: Ho Thau- Nam Ai village( 12- 17 km):

The local guide will take you through trails, terraces fields, waterfalls, and ethic minority villages. You will enjoy extremely fresh and quiet air. You will visit a Red Dao ethnic minority family in Nậm Ai village to explore the traditional customs, talk to family members, see Dao women weave traditional clothes, take photos with elderlies and especially have dinner and stay with their family as an experience of living with locals. If you choose 3 days 2 nights tour, you will stop hiking at Nậm Dịch and take a sleeper bus to Hagiang city or Hanoi

Day 4: Thong Nguyen village- Hanoi

4th hiking day is about 15-18 km. You will pass through beautiful rice terraces, follow the steep trail to see a nice stream along Nam Ty village. Visit Lang Giang, a peaceful village has wide rice fields, ancient stilt houses and buffaloes leisurely grazing village. At the end of trip, you can take an Onsen bath in hot spring at Thông Nguyên town. Finish hiking, you'll return to Hanoi/ Hagiang/ Sapa/ Halong Bay/ Ninh Bình... by sleeper bus.
