The first day will be for traveling from Kigali to Bwindi via Cyanika Border. The second day do the gorilla trekking in Bwindi. The third day is for exploring Lake Bunyonyi and the fourth is to return to Kigali. The Bwindi park is a biodiverse, mountainous area in southwest Uganda. It’s a home to world’s remaining mountain gorillas that feed on roots, leaves and fruits from the park’s many trees. Come enjoy the most exciting wildlife experience on earth.

Day 1 : Drive to Bwindi National Park
Our driver will meet you at your hotel in Kigali or at the Kigali International Airport. The day journey to Bwindi will include the border crossing. You’ll need an East African visa that you’ll obtain at the Kigali International Airport. We will start with Kigali city tour. Key spots to visit include: Genocide Memorial Museum, Hôtel des Mille Collines, Nyamirambo Women's Center, Kandt House Museum. After city tour, you'll be transferred to Bwindi. On the way, you’ll have spectacular views of the terraces of the Ugandan and Rwandan mountains. This area is called the ‘Switzeland of Africa’. Arrival late in the afternoon, enjoy self walk in the nearby villages, dinner and overnight;

Day 2 : Mountain Gorillas trekking
Have an early morning breakfast at your lodge, then drive to Bwindi National Park for gorillas trekking. Trekking gorillas is among the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The trek will take between 2 and 6hours, but it is worthy the effort. You’ll be led by an experienced ranger who will tell you interesting facts about flora and fauna in the jungle and the lifestyle of the gorillas. Stay with the gorillas 1hour, then go back to the lodge, and subsequently be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi. Overnight at Bunyonyi.

Day 3: Explore Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast, we will enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Bunyonyi, navigating its stunning waters and passing numerous islands, including Punishment Island, which has a significant historical narrative. During the boat cruise, we will visit a pygmy village . Overnight at Bunyonyi.

Day 4: Departure
After a relaxed breakfast at the lodge, we journey back into Rwanda toward Kigali. Along the way, we'll stop at Ibw'achu Cultural Village then we'll proceed to Kigali where we’ll pause at lively local markets for souvenir shopping before enjoying a farewell dinner. The evening concludes with a transfer to the airport for your flight home
