9 Days Kenya Stargazing Adventure safari Itinerary:
DAY 1 of the Kenya Stargazing Adventure Safari - Arrive in Nairobi - Our guide would be waiting for you at Jomo Kenyatta Airport to get you to the Nairobi EKA hotel. Relax and enjoy as per own comfort for rest of day.
- You will be taken to the Carnivore Restaurant at 07:00 P.M for a delicious dinner.
- Be back to the hotel for a night stay.
DAY 2 - Nairobi - Samburu National Park - Leave Nairobi right after breakfast and move towards the Mt. Kenya while passing through the lush Kikuyu.
- Be at Samburu Sopa Lodge for lunch.
- Evening game drive would start before the sunset.
- Dining would be at the lodges, where you would be watching at the sky also to observe the movement of celestial bodies.
DAY 3 of the Kenya Stargazing Adventure Safari - Samburu - Our today’s plan comprised of Morning and Evening game drive to search for the Big five and other species which include Gerenuk, Somali Ostrich, Basia Oryx, and Gravy Zebra. Travel across the Ewaso Ngiro River where animals could be seen at the banks quenching their thirst.

DAY 4 - Samburu - Marsabit - Explore the Trans-African Highway but remember to be back for lunch at the Lodges.
- Our today’s night stay is arranged in the Catholic Church which offers the best chance to gaze at the sky during night time.
- Dinner is also at the Catholic Church.
DAY 5 - Marsabit - Kalacha - On this day of your Kenya Stargazing Adventure Safari travel through the beautiful landscapes of Kalacha Settlement near the Chalbi Desert. The sceneries are attention capturing. Many tourists love to stop at this place for photography. The people living at these settlements are as old as 1000 A.D.
- Stargazing would be in the desert.
DAY 6 - Kalacha - Lake Turkana - We will leave a little earlier, and pass through the Chalbi Desert to reach the Lake Turkana. It is dubbed as the world’s largest lake extending up to 288 Kms. Volcanic rocks and deserts have surrounded it.
- Tukana Huts are also there to welcome in a traditional village located on the bank of a beach. Sunlight does not feel scorching because of amiable climatic conditions and ecology of the local environment.
DAY 7 - Lake Turkana - One can go to the local village, for swimming and fishing. Areas surrounding the village are also worth watching.
- In addition to this, the Loiyangalani settlement also offers an opportunity to explore the traditions of the locality. We are sure that you would miss the heart touching experience of watching the stars from as close as you can touch them. Three million years old fossils were also discovered in the vicinity of Turkana. The site is also called in some books as the Cradle of Humankind. The color of water in the lake is blue-green due to which it is also called Jade Sea.
- Water changes its shades as the sunlight is showered on it. The largest population of Nile Crocodiles also live in the lake. A short boating experience of the surrounding in the evening has its own charm.
DAY 8 - Lake Turkana - Maralal - Continue the Kenya Stargazing Adventure Safari between the Ol Doinye Mara & Mount Nyiro through the Horr Valley. Mesmerizing scenery of Maralal and rocky hills in the surrounding add value to the 9 days tour.
- Losiolo escarpment is famous due to its beauty in the desert of Kenya. They are located in the vicinity of Maralal. The land then declines to the Suguta valley.
DAY 9 - Maralal - Nairobi - A short stopover at the Thomson Falls, Laikipia Plains, and Nyahururu. Thomson falls are named after Joseph Thomson who traveled from Mombasa to Lake Victoria in the 1880s. The falls have a total height of 72 m, falling into a dark forest.
- After today’s lunch, return to the Nairobi from where we started the Kenya Stargazing Adventure Safari.
