This 6-day safari with Jossec Safaris takes you through some of Kenya’s most scenic lakes and wildlife-rich parks, blending breathtaking landscapes with unforgettable game viewing. Starting from Nairobi, the journey begins at Lake Naivasha, where you will enjoy a boat ride and a walking safari on Crescent Island. You’ll then visit the flamingo paradise of Lake Bogoria and explore the rhino sanctuary and bird haven of Lake Nakuru National Park. The adventure continues in the legendary Masai Mara, home to the Big Five, endless savannah plains, and, during the right season, the world-famous wildebeest migration.
This is a private mid-range lodge and camp safari operated in a customized 4x4 jeep with a professional guide. Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Naivasha
You will be picked up in the morning in Nairobi by the Jossec Safaris team, who will brief you about the safari before departure. Drive to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride where you will see hippos, a wide range of bird species, and enjoy a visit to Crescent Island for a walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and gazelles. In the afternoon, you may opt for a visit to Hell’s Gate National Park (optional at extra cost). Dinner and overnight stay at Leisure Apex Resort.

Day 2: Lake Naivasha – Lake Bogoria – Nakuru
After breakfast, depart for Lake Bogoria, famous for its hot springs and the largest concentration of flamingos in Kenya. Spend time exploring this unique lake before driving back to Nakuru for the night. Dinner and overnight stay at Buraha Zenoni Hotel & Resort.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park
Today you will enjoy a full-day game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is well-known for rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, buffalo, lions, and large flocks of flamingos along the alkaline lake. Picnic lunch will be served inside the park. Dinner and overnight stay at Buraha Zenoni Hotel & Resort.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara
After breakfast, you will leave Nakuru and drive across the Great Rift Valley towards the world-famous Masai Mara. Day 5: Full Day in Masai Mara
A full-day safari in the Masai Mara awaits! You will explore the vast plains with packed picnic lunch, searching for lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, and wildebeests. The Mara is also home to hyenas, hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of birdlife. An optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at $450 per person, offering an unforgettable aerial view of the savannah. Dinner and overnight stay at Simba & Oryx Camp.

Day 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely drive back to Nairobi.
