5 day Nakuru Naivasha Masai Mara Budget group joining tour Minivan

Day 1: Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

The guide will pick you up from hotel, accommodation or Airport in Nairobi in the morning driving to Lake Nakuru National Park with a stopover at the view point to see the escarpment, arriving in time for lunch, followed by scheduled game drive. The drive will take you to the shore of the lake to watch the multi-million flamingo birds, the pelicans, Hippos, Waterbucks etc. Your drive will take you to the white rhino sanctuary and the baboon cliff the vantage point for the view of the pink lake. Overnight stay at a budget hotel.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, we continue our safari to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch at a budget hotel early afternoon. We will then drive to Hells Gate for a game drive. Lake Naivasha is having several options like nature walk at Crescent Island which is an excellent way to see wild animals while on foot. The Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to Zebras, Wildebeests, Gazelles, Vervet monkeys, Hares, Genet Cats, Waterbuck, and Giraffes, horse ride, walking safari, hiking and biking. Overnight at a budget hotel.

Day 3: Lake Naivasha — Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Early in the morning, we have the option of a boat ride at a cost. Depart after breakfast to Masai Mara Game Reserve. Lunch en-route. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great Wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. Go for evening schedule game drive. The Mara Game Reserve is one of the greatest wildernesses of the world. Overnight in Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

Day 4: Discover Maasai Mara Game Reserve

A full day will be spent in Masai Mara game viewing in search of great predators and perhaps even cubs. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and Leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During our stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people or early morning balloon ride at a cost. Overnight in Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

Day 5: Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Nairobi

Early morning tea/coffee or Hot chocolate then depart for a morning optional pre-breakfast game drive. Back to the accommodation for breakfast and then depart to Narok for lunch arriving in Nairobi in the evening to end your budget camping safari.
