Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
Your safari begins with a scenic drive from Nairobi to Samburu. After a warm welcome and briefing by the Jossec Safaris team, you’ll settle into Samburu Sopa Lodge. Enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning for dinner.
Day 2: Samburu to Aberdares National Park
After a morning drive in Samburu, depart for Aberdares. Check into Tree Tops Hotel and enjoy the unique experience of watching wildlife from your treetop room as they visit the waterhole nearby.
Day 3: Aberdares to Lake Nakuru National Park
Head to Lake Nakuru after breakfast, where you’ll check into WCK Guest House. Spend the afternoon exploring Lake Nakuru’s famous wildlife and birdlife before returning to the guesthouse for dinner.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara. Arrive at Rhino Tourist Camp in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive to catch sight of the Big Five.
Day 5: Full Day in Masai Mara
Spend the day on game drives in the Masai Mara, with opportunities to see predators like lions, cheetahs, and, during the season, witness the dramatic Great Migration. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Masai Mara to Nairobi
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi. There will be no morning game drive on this day, allowing you time to relax before departure. Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, concluding your safari.
Pricing Information: Prices vary depending on the season and type of accommodation:
- Low Season: April to June offers lower rates and fewer crowds.
- High Season: July to October, coinciding with the Great Migration, comes with higher demand.
