4 DAYS OF MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara

Pick up from the airport, hotel, or your residence in Nairobi at 7:30 a.m. and head southward to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley for a brief stop over to view the escarpment. Continue to Narok, a small Masai town for lunch. proceed to Masai mara then check in to your camp for a brief refreshment then followed by afternoon game drive in the game reserve which is Kenyans finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here.

Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round.

Dinner and overnight at the Mara Forest camp, Miti Mingi Eco Camp or similar.

-Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve full Day.

After breakfast, a full day is spent game viewing across the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-manned lions, leopard, and cheetah, but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wild life to be found in Kenya.

Lunch is served in the park at the Mara River, the boarder of Kenya and Tanzania and the scene for yearly wildebeest and zebra migration. Continue with your game drive covering the park into sections, return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

-Day 3:Masai Mara National Reserve full Day.

Leave the camp after breakfast for a morning game drive in Masai Mara with an afternoon optional visit to the Masai villages. The famous Masai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Or you can also have a nature walk with Masai guides, and then return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

-Day 4: Masai Mara - Nairobi

Early morning after a cup of coffee, you have an option to visit the Masai village before departing to Nairobi. In the Masai village, you will interact with the Maasai locals, gaining insights into their way of life and customs. Return to the camp for late breakfast,then depart to Nairobi stopping sporadically for the breathtaking panoramic views of the rift valley and adjacent land forms. You will have Lunch en route at Narok. The tour ends in Nairobi in the afternoon at the airport or at your hotel.
