Thamserku
Thamserku is a mountain whose first summit was tried in 1964 by the members of Edmund Hillary’s expedition house. It is located in the east of Nepal in Khumbu and one of the most famous mountains in the east of Namche Bazaar. Hiking route of Thamserku mountain peak is not easy as there are many sudden turns and steep points.
Elevation of Thamserku is 6608 m which is adequate to acclimatize yourself for a bigger adventure. The peak remained covered by snow around the year which further adds to its beauty. Panoramic view of the Thamserku mountain can be enjoyed from the base camp. Favorite months for the hikers to come to this place are June-July, and October-November.
