This is a full-day safari adventure to Chobe National Park in Botswana. The Chobe National park a home to one of Africa’s largest concentrations of wildlife. The park is famous for its large herds of elephants , hippos, buffaloes , crocodiles and different bird-life species.The day trips offers a unique opportunity to experience 2 safaris - a game drive in the national park and boat cruise on the Chobe river. 07:00 AM – Hotel Pick-up & Border Transfer
Guests are picked up early from their Victoria Falls accommodation and transferred to the Kazungula Border Post, which connects Zimbabwe and Botswana. Its about an hour drive to the border and after immigration formalities, guests cross into Botswana where their local safari guide awaits.
08:30AM – Chobe River Cruise
Guests will be handed over to their guide on the Botswana side ,the adventure begins with a morning boat cruise on the Chobe River.This is one of Africa’s most relaxing and rewarding wildlife experiences. You will get a chance to observe hippos, crocodiles, elephants bathing and herds of buffalo coming down to drink. Bird enthusiasts will delight in the variety of species, including fish eagles, kingfishers, and herons.
12:00 PM – Lunch at Cresta Mowana Resort & Spa
After the cruise guests enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at the Cresta Mowana Resort & Spa located along the riverbank. The restaurant offers scenic views of the river and is the perfect place to relax before the afternoon game drive.
13:30 PM – Afternoon Game Drive in Chobe National Park
Following lunch, the experience continues with a game drive in an open 4x4 safari vehicle through Chobe National Park. This part of the day provides a different perspective of the park’s landscapes from woodlands and open plains to riverfront areas.
Expect to see elephants, giraffes, antelopes and predators such as lions or hyenas, depending on the day’s sightings. Experienced guides share insights into the park’s ecosystem and wildlife behavior.
