As our hotel served breakfast from 7:30AM, and was more than hour away from cable car station we had to skip the breakfast in... Show full review ➤ As our hotel served breakfast from 7:30AM, and was more than hour away from cable car station we had to skip the breakfast in order to make it there in time. The scheduled meeting time stated on voucher was 8:45AM. To our surprise, all the other guides started boarding the cable car and our was nowhere to be found. When I called the agency, it was obvious, that I had caused a mini heartattack because they had clearly forgotten about us. So I found out that the meeting time was rescheduled to 9:45AM and no one bothered to inform us in advance. We had to wait another hour for our guide - that we could have done at our hotel during breakfast... After he arrived, everything went well and we were happy to get up top. But apart from "sorry", which didn't even sound sincere, we didn't receive any other refund.  Hide review

When our hiking tour had to be rescheduled due to the weather, we was amazed how quickly Gregory called tour guide and rearrange everything for us. We had no problem finding him. The day went smoothly. Gregory is so knowlegable and passionate about Tenerife. Loved the small family owned winery we went to. Bought some wine to bring back with us. As planned, he took us up to the national park, at the trail head we had selected, so we were able to have a nice hike despite a very tight timetable. When we returned, he showed us the nicest cafe and other things in San Sebastian, the town and port of La Gomera. I highly recommend Gregory: he is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.  Hide review
