TOWN → SPICE FARM (LUNCH) → JOZANI FOREST

1. Pickup (08:30 AM) — We collect you from your hotel. Meet your guide, confirm names and any special needs, and get a short safety briefing.
2. Drive to Stone Town — Short transfer to the old city. Use the time to hear a quick introduction to Zanzibar’s history from your guide.
3. Stone Town walking tour (≈1.5–2 hrs) — Walk the narrow streets, see the House of Wonders, the Old Slave Market, Sultan’s Palace exterior, Darajani Market and famous carved doors. Your guide explains stories, architecture and local customs. Stay close, keep valuables secure, and dress modestly.
4. Transfer to the spice farm — Drive out of town through scenic countryside. Brief restroom/stretch stop if needed.
5. Spice farm tour (≈60–90 mins) — Guided walk through plantations: cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and tropical fruit trees. Learn how spices are grown and used, taste fruits, and see simple demonstrations (e.g., grinding or peeling).
6. Lunch at the spice farm (≈45–60 mins) — Enjoy a freshly prepared traditional Swahili lunch made with local ingredients. Relax, ask about recipes, and take photos of the farm setting.
7. Drive to Jozani Forest — Short transfer to the national park after lunch.
8. Jozani Forest visit (≈1–1.5 hrs) — Walk the trails and the mangrove boardwalk, watch for the red colobus monkeys, and learn about conservation from your guide. Keep noise low, do not feed or touch wildlife, and follow the guide’s route.
9. Return transfer to hotel — Comfortable drive back to Stone Town or your hotel. Guide can point out souvenir shops or suggest evening options if time allows.
10. Drop-off & end of tour (≈4:30 PM) — Final goodbyes, settle any extras (entrance fees/tips if not prepaid), and receive any photos or receipts as agreed.
