The beautifully green colour full destination that was originally farming areas during the colonialism Kijich village is based on exploring and observing different types of uses spices. Zanzibar is known as a spice island and we use spices for different purposes such as dishes, beverages, treating and decoration you able to know several types of spices such as vanilla, cardamom, nutmeg, saffron, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and more.
In the spice tour, you will get time to see the natural plant on the farm how to plant and how to harvest, then we invite you to eat local dishes that are cocked on the farm.
After we finish exploring the visitors will be full of energy and power of delicious dishes on the farm the team will move from Spice Farm to Prison Island.
PRISON ISLAND
After you explore Spice Farm we move to Prison Island. On Prison Island, we had a sweet time getting inside the island to see giant tortoises, a short history of the slave trade, swimming, snorkelling and feeding the tortoises. After we finish enjoying the island it is time to discover the stone town.
