Our Full Beauty Plan aims for a deep relaxation and rejuvenation within 2 to 3 days.
We combine Yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic rituals in a peaceful rhythm, allowing you to savor the calm in your mind and body.
You'll feel purified, refreshed and more beautiful during these 3 days of bliss and cocooning while the benefits of the treatments will last several months after your holidays ends.
Our Full Beauty Plan includes 2 sessions of 1h30 Yoga and 4 Ayurvedic therapies :
- Abhyanga (2h Full body massage),
- Shirodhara (a 1h head treatment),
- 30 min full body and facial scrub,
- 1h30 full body and facial mask.
We will also provide Ayurvedic medicine and 1 Breakfast or Lunch.
Zoom in ayurvedic terms and therapies:
Abhyanga, full body massage is an oil massage which promotes health of the body in and out. From your skin to your smallest cell, your body is detoxified, energized, stimulated and soothed.
Shirodhara, head therapy is an oil-dripping ritual which allows the third-eye to be opened. It's a powerful treatment which activates the whole body systems contributing to a immediate visible bloom in your face, a reduction of your body pain, a balance of all energies and a destressed mind expressed by a strong feeling of deep relaxation. (This therapy enhances your external beauty and is often chosen for hair care and hair growth in Sri Lanka).
Scrub & Mask are made from ayurvedic ingredients. All products are fresh, local and organic. We select the composition according to your skin and need. The scrub will remove the dead skin and prepare your epiderma for the nourishing and rejuvenating pack.
*Please note that Shirodhara treatment are traditionally done on a sunny morning in order to ensure a smooth and safe running of the ritual.
*Because we know vacations in another country are often meant to be adventurous and satisfying, we propose half-day and 1 day tour around us which can be combined with this plan.

What's included
Itinerary
Our plan starts by your preference, either on the 1st day evening with a full body massage which allows you to release all the tensions of the previous days. It'll prepare you for the head therapy Shirodhara the next day. Or on the 1st day morning with a gentle practice of Yoga and meditation followed by Shirodhara (then the massage will be done the next day before the scrub and mask).
For example of a evening start:
Day 1 : Evening
-Nature Side's team welcomes you, pick you up if needed and check with you if you have any particular request (body pain for example, areas you are not confortable to be massaged like chest for ladies).
-Ritual starts in a peaceful setting: full body massage 2h
-We wish you a restful sleep
Day 2 :
-1h30 of Morning Yoga & Meditation session in our outdoor terrace.
The focus of our practice is a healthy relaxed mind in a healthy relaxed body.
Respectful and comfortable clothes are required. Yoga mats are provided (A beach towel can be brought for comfort).
-Breakfast is provided
-1h Shirodhara : the ritual starts in a peaceful setting, please wear a comfortable outfit. You'll be lying on your back for 1h.
-We provide ayurvedic medicine (herbal tea) and check the result of the session. You'll be shining!
-Take your time, and we hope you enjoyed the relaxing moment you shared with us!
Please note that you should stay relaxed in peaceful environment for few hours after the treatment.
Day 3 :
-1h30 of Morning Yoga & Meditation session in our outdoor terrace.
-30min full body and facial scrub
-directly followed by 1h30 full body and facial mask.
After removing and nicely cleaning the pack, we free you and wish you a wonderful stay in Sri Lanka.
-Take your time, and we hope you enjoyed the relaxing moment you shared with us!
