Walk by the best of Madrid means will visit together, with me expert and in around 3 hours, the two main areas of the city, in terms of Historic but shopping, restaurants museums and parks too, and so, plus enjoying Madrid you will realize how to go easily by yourself after my tour.
Will began in an spot centric, or by your lodge area if, more or less, at the city centre, and will walk to the period of house of Ausburg, the oldest Madrid -700 years- with the most beautifull buildings to enjoy outside as the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor...and walk down to the area of the Borbons period, just 300 years old, with the park Reiro and museums.

Will meet by Puerta del Sol area, the real centre of not only Madrid but the full Spain and will head to the Ausburg House begining of the city, with the landscape of the mountains we got surrounding and even a river, all where the best sunset get. Then will visit the Plaza Mayor, some restaurants area speciallized in Spanish homemade food and for a normal price, I'll surprise you with small taste invitations.
After that short stop, and some photos, will go to the more modern Madrid from the Borbons period, the actually known in Unesco as the Walk of the Light, because of its beautifull buildings, 3 of the world most important museums and a Park, named El Retiro, where to enjoy after my tour in your own with a Glass Palace inside.. and open air bars where try, if Summer, one Horchata or if Winter a coffee :)
