Coach driver was very helpful with my daughter who was in a wheelchair ( we had told the company this beforehand) and they had reserved the front seats for her also. The coach was very clean with air conditioning which was a god send. The traffic was bad on the way there and unfortunately it took over an hour longer than planned but no fault of the company. Loro Parque is very hilly and I would advise anyone with walking difficulties to contact the park beforehand and pre book a mobility scooter, we struggled with a normal wheelchair . Coach Journey home was much quicker but we did come back around some quite narrow roads! We did all enjoy the day and would definitely recommend and also use the company again if back in Tenerife. We were a family of 7. We paid cash to the driver on the day as only paid an online deposit .  Hide review

Although there was a risk the trail might be closed, we very fortunate with the weather, and our guide Andres picked us up from our hotel in Playa Parisio bright and early at 6:30 am, communication was great .On the way to Teide, Andres shared interesting facts about the mountain. We began the hike around 7.30am and it wasn't too challenging until we reached the halfway point to the summit. As we ascended, we started to feel the effects of the altitude, changes in pressure. We walked at a slower pace to help adjust to the altitude.Andres was very supportive and suggested taking 5-10 minute breaks throughout the hike. Finally, we reached the peak around 12.30 and the views, along with the sense of accomplishment, were absolutely spectacular. We then took the cable car back down. We want to extend our thanks and gratitude to Andres for his patience throughout the tour. We can now say we have submitted the highest point in Spain. What an amazing day, we would highly recommend the experience.  Hide review

More upmarket feel to it in comparison to Las Americas. Lots of tourists. People were very friendly. Would def recommend a visit.  Hide review

It's an area with luxury hotels, a beautiful beach Playa El Duque and it's quiet, but at the same time just within 5-10 minutes drive to Las Americas and Los Cristianos. There are also a few nice and cozy restaurants like my favourite - El Molino Blanco.  Hide review
