From Phedi, the trail gradually climbs through lush forests, stone staircases, and traditional Gurung villages, offering spectacular views of terraced farmlands and the surrounding hills. As you gain altitude, breathtaking panoramas of the Annapurna Himalayan range, including Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Lamjung Himal, begin to unfold. Along the way, you'll pass friendly local communities where you can observe the traditional mountain lifestyle and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. After approximately 4–5 hours of trekking, you will arrive at the picturesque village of Dhampus (1,650 m), one of the most scenic viewpoints near Pokhara.
