Day 01: Arrival in Nepal
When you arrive at the Kathmandu airport, your guide will be waiting with your name sigh at the exit gate. Your guide will transfer you to the booked hotel and assist you with all hotel check-in procedures, after which you are free to relax. In addition, if time allows, there will be a brief summary of the entire program.
Day 02: Travel to Bardia National Park.
fly to Nepalgunj. From Nepalgunj we drive to Bardia National Park. The park is characterized by dense Sal forest, riverine forest and areas of open grasslands which ensure that Bardia remains a top location for tiger sightings in Nepal.
The range of wildlife is extensive, with deer and antelope species, including nilgai, wild elephants, rhinoceros and leopards. On arrival at the resort, room check-in and free time for relaxation. After lunch, we take you for a village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village where you will learn more about the life and lifestyle of the Tharus and the sunset view.
Day 03: Full day Jeep Safari Tour inside the National Park.
Breakfast and we leave for full day Jeep Safari inside Bardia National Park. An excellent opportunity to see Royal Bengal Tiger & many more wild animals. You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Bardia their home. A jeep will take you further into the jungle of Bardia, which gives you the chance to see the different vegetation of the park. We will make stops at watchtowers, wildlife drinking spots and at riverbanks.
Day 04: Fly back to Kathmandu.
Breakfast and we leave for rafting in the Karnali River. Rafting gives you a wonderful opportunity to spot birds and animals on the riverbanks and you might see the rare Gangetic river dolphin.
It is a half day rafting trip and the water in the river mainly flows calmly and there are a few rapids. This makes it a perfect trip for wildlife and birdwatching. After rafting trip, we return to hotel and free time for relaxation. After lunch, we will take a two-hour to Nepalgunj airport for our flight back to Kathmandu. After hotel check-in in Kathmandu, you will have free time to do some last-minute shopping.
Day 05: Departure from Nepal
After breakfast, we will pick you up and take you to the airport for your flight back to home. Thank you very much for traveling with us. We hope you had a good time and can't wait to.
