Short Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek

Hike through rhododendron trees, terraced farms, and paddy fields, and stay in a traditional teahouse run by a local family.
The Poon Hill Trek, the most famous viewpoint in the Annapurna Region, offers stunning views of the Himalayan panorama with close-up views of the snow-capped summits hiking through pine and rhododendron woods. Mountains such as Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, Himchuli, Annapurna III, Dhampus peak, Dhaulagiri II, and many other Himalayan giants can be seen from here. Travelers going to the Annapurna route often flock to the area making it a significant viewpoint of the region.
The Poon Hill Ghorepani Trek begins with a flight to Pokhara and a short drive to Hile, from there the trek officially begins, taking you to the Annapurna Sanctuary crossing various settlements of the indigenous mountain people discovering insights and learning about their way of life and culture, this is also a perfect opportunity to witness the unique nature of the region.

Day 01: Drive to Naya pull Then Trek to Ulleri(2200m/7040ft), Duration: 5-6 Hours
Early morning After Breakfast we will move to Naya pull by private car then will start to walk
head towards Hile the route passes through lush scenery and traditional farms along
the way. Once you arrive at Hile your trek begins from here you'll pass through the
Annapurna Conservation Area, which is rich in flora and fauna, walkthrough traditional
Gurung and Magar villages. From Hile up to Tikhedhunga and follow the stairs up to
Ulleri which is at a hilltop with more than 3,000 stairs to climb. As you arrive at Ulleri,
head to a teahouse to rest your tired muscles.

Day 02: Ulleri To Ghorepani (2050m/9348ft) Duration: 6 Hours
Wake up early and have breakfast then Leave Ulleri early in the morning and head
towards Ghorepani. Ghorepani literally translated to horse well is drinking well for
horses and mule packs along the historic trade route, there are sizable Magar
communities in the area, as well as a variety of lodges and teahouses.
the route passes through one of the world's largest rhododendron woods blanketed with
wildflowers and lush undergrowth. On the way, you will have a lunch break whenever feel
hungry then, at the entrance to Ghorepani have your permits examined.

Day 03: Hike - Poon Hill (3210 m)- Hille (5 hrs walk), drive back to Pokhara by Sharing jeep or bus
This day is one of the most exciting days of our whole trip. we kick off early morning with an excursion short hike to Poon Hill, Poon Hill is located at an elevation of 3210 meters above sea level, offers indescribably wonderful panoramic mountain views of Dhaulagiri I, Annapurna I, and Manalsu illuminated by the glowing rays of sunrise. In our short time at Poon Hill, we will greatly be appreciated by this rewarding view of the mighty mountains with a glorious sunrise than we take a step back to Ghorepani, Ulleri, and Hille, From Hille, we will be retracing to Pokhara by Jeep or bus.
