Description

Pikey Peak Trek 10 Days

Pikey Peak Trek also known as Dudhkunda trek takes you to the lower Khumbu region and is a

perfect location to explore the most renowned trails of the Everest region, named after a Deity of

a Sherpa Clan this trail offers you a mixture of cultural and natural beauty. As the trail is

secluded and few trekkers travel this route, travelers describe this place as the cultural path to

Pikey peak, showing the raw beauty of the place.

Lower Everest Khumbu regions are still one of the least explored regions and this is from where

Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary traced their way to their Everest expedition.

Pikey Peak is considered to have the greatest vista of the Everest region showcasing breathtaking

views of Nepal's eastern Himalayas with panoramic views of the Khumbu's eight-thousanders,

including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, and Kanchenjunga to the western Himalayan range, of

Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu.

During the monsoon time, the inhabitant's Sherpa celebrates a unique festival joined by Buddhist

Lama and Monks capturing your imaginations. A blend of ethnic Sherpa culture and traditions

with the off-beaten trail, a variety of subalpine flora, and high chances to spot rare animals of the
