Nepal Wildlife Tour

DAY 1: KATHMANDU

At Tribhuwan International Airport, after immigration formalities, our representative will be waiting for you at the exit to welcome you and transfer to the hotel. After hotel check-in, the rest of the day is free for personal activities.

Overnight in Kathmandu.

DAY 2: KATHMANDU

Have your breakfast and you will be going to visit some UNESCO’s world heritage sites in Kathmandu valley.

You will go for a full day sightseeing of heritage sites in Kathmandu valley of your choices. Our recommended sightseeing is of Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

Overnight in Kathmandu.

DAY 3: KATHMANDU, CHITWAN

After breakfast, we will have a flight to Chitwan.

After 20 minutes of flight, we will reach Bharatpur. Upon reaching we will drive to Sauraha and check in the hotel. It will take about an hour to reach your hotel from Bharatpur airport.

After lunch at the hotel, we will move towards twenty thousand lakes. It is a perfect spot for bird watching as well as reptiles and other mammals watching. In the late afternoon, we will move near the Rapti River to have a wonderful sunset.

Overnight in Chitwan.

DAY 4: CHITWAN

After breakfast, we will move towards Chitwan National Park for an elephant ride. During our ride, we will be going through the Chitwan National Park on the back of an elephant. Elephant ride is also the safest way to enter the jungle while one can observe wild animals and birds from up close.

At 11:00 AM: we will move towards Elephant Breeding Centre which is just 9 km away from Chitwan National Park.

After lunch, we will visit Tharu village on an ox-drawn cart. The village itself is comprised of several mud and reed huts. Domestic and farm animals roam around or are in enclosures. It’s a basic place where people really do live and work. There’s a small museum there which displays the tools and traditional clothes people use out in the field.

At 05:00 PM: we will move towards Sauraha to see Tharu cultural dance. The Tharu Culture Program organized at Sauraha plays a significant role to entertain the tourists visiting Chitwan National Park and to introduce the Tharu Culture and tradition to the tourists.

Overnight in Chitwan.

DAY 5: CHITWAN

After early morning breakfast, we will start our Jeep safari to Chitwan National Park. During the trip, the guide will hang at the back of the vehicle to spot animals. He will also give information about the environment and wildlife.

During our whole day we will be driving inside Chitwan National Park where we will be seeing many species of Reptiles, Birds, Mammals including one horn rhino & royal Bengal tiger if you are fortunate.

DAY 6: TRAVEL TO BARDIA NATIONAL PARK

After Breakfast, you will have a drive to Bardia National Park. It takes around 8-9 hours of drive to reach there.

The Bardia National Park is a major attraction of the Wildlife tour in Nepal. Bardia National Park is popular for its excellent wildlife species and rare and endangered tiger species in the western lowlands of Nepal.

DAY 7: ACTIVITIES IN BARDIA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, we will move towards the Tharu Museum of Bardia National Park.

After getting the national park permit we will have a half-day jungle walk. It is an excellent opportunity to see wild animals, small mammals, birds and waits in the Tower to have wild sightseeing, accompanied by experienced naturalists and wildlife tracker.

After having packed lunch, we will have a half-day tiger tracking and bird watching. It is an excellent opportunity to see a Royal Bengal Tiger and many species of birds too.

Overnight in Bardia National Park.

DAY 8: ACTIVITIES IN BARDIA NATIONAL PARK

At 08:00 AM: After breakfast, we will go on a jeep safari on a private Jeep. It is an excellent opportunity to see wild animals and you will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Bardia their home.

At 02:00 PM: After having packed lunch, we will move towards the Elephant Breeding Centre and Crocodile Breeding Centre of Bardia National Park.

In the evening, enjoy Cultural Dance by the local Tharu people at the hotel premises.

DAY 9: TRAVEL BACK TO KATHMANDU

After Breakfast, you will have a drive to Nepalgunj Airport. And from Nepalgunj, you will have a flight to Kathmandu Airport.

Free to relax and go shopping.

Overnight in Kathmandu.

DAY 10: DEPARTURE FROM NEPAL

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up and transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
