• Cardio and strength training for physical fitness
• Proper gear including sturdy boots, thermal clothing, and a well-fitted backpack
• Hydration with water purification tablets
• Sunglasses with UV protection
• Reliable trekking poles
• First aid kit, sunscreen, and lip balm with high SPF

Luggage & Porter:

• Porter assigned for luggage (9 kg limit per trekker)
• Small backpack for valuables

Safety Measures:

• Well-equipped with gear and first-aid kits
• Guides trained in first-aid
• Inspections for food and accommodation hygiene
• Helicopter evacuation in critical situations
• The group stays together for safety
• Monitoring oxygen levels with oximeters

Insurance:

• Mandatory travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and helicopter rescue at high altitudes
