3 days group tour to chegaga from marrakech
Day 01: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Agdz Draa Valley - Zagora (350 Km )
The trip start from Marrakech. We cross the High Atlas Mountains Tizi n Tichka Pass driving along a scenic and picturesque area to reach the world heritage site of Ait Ben haddou, Morocco’s most famous Kasbah visits the Kasbah, after Lunch we continuation to the longest valley in Morocco the Draa Valley with its palm trees and old Kasbahs. And then drive along the valley toward Zagora. After your arrival you well have a camel ride toward the camp. Night in the camp.
Day 02: Zagora – M’hamid – Chegaga Dunes (150 Km )
After breakfast, our trip continues through the villages and the valley, with its procession of palms and ksour, After Zagora we will have a stop at Tamgroute to visit the famous library if it’s open and an underground Kasbah, the fabrication of ceramic. After we go through M’hamid the door of Sahara. Lunch in M’hamid or Pic-Nic in a shadow of a tree. Than we reach the panoramic view of the chegaga dunes, we will continue to a small Oasis in the desert. Next, another 12 km off road from the Oasis to Erg chegaga dunes. This is the largest sahara dunes in the region reaches a height of 300 m on a length of 50 km. Camel ride from the camp to watch the sunset in the dunes. Dinner and night in a Berber tented camp:
Day03 : Chegaga – Iriki like – Foum zguid - Marrakech (440 5h)
After breakfast, departure to Marrakech by off-road like 90 km more in the desert, taking advantage of different landscapes (Iriqui Lake, mountains, fossils). Lunch in the first village after the desert (foum zgid). Then on the asphalt to Taznakht and the mine road to Marrakech. You well arrive in the afternoon. End of our services.
