Day 1: Gorakhpur – Kushinagar

Day 2: Kushinagar – Lumbini

Drive: Approx. 180 km | 4–5 hrs

After breakfast, begin sightseeing in Kushinagar with a visit to the sacred Mahaparinirvana Temple, housing the famous reclining Buddha statue that marks the place where Lord Buddha attained final nirvana. Continue to the Ramabhar Stupa, believed to be Buddha's cremation site, followed by visits to the Japanese Temple and Kushinagar Museum, showcasing remarkable Buddhist art and archaeological treasures. Later, drive to Lumbini in Nepal, completing border formalities en route before checking in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Lumbini.

Day 3: Lumbini Sightseeing

Visit the sacred Maya Devi Temple, the exact birthplace marked by ancient archaeological remains, followed by the historic Ashoka Pillar erected by Emperor Ashoka. Day 4: Lumbini – Gorakhpur

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive back to Gorakhpur, completing the necessary Indo-Nepal border formalities along the way.
