Day Trip to Taj Mahal, Agra from Bangalore with Return Flight

Pickup at 4 am from your Hotel or any other desire location in Bangalore and Transfer to Airport taking a flight to New Delhi at approx. 6 am. Arrive at New Delhi airport around 8 am and 3-hrs drive to Agra via Yamuna Express Highway.

Reach Agra and visit the magnificent Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), a UNESCO World Heritage Site one of the Seven Wonders of the World and no trip to Agra would be complete without a visit to this shimmering vision of domes and minarets. Surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men labored for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife. It's a wealth of white marble and semi-precious stone – undoubtedly the highlight of the tour.

After lunch next, we enjoy a tour of the imposing Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this powerful fortress of red sandstone encompasses, within its 2.5-km-long enclosure walls, the imperial city of the Mughal rulers. It comprises many fairy-tale palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan; audience halls, such as the Diwan-i-Khas; and two very beautiful mosques.

If time permits, we enjoy a shopping tour of Agra to explore the local handicraft centers of the city where we can look for Agra's major handicraft products besides marble inlay work, fine quality carpets, jewelry, and embroidery, brassware, leather goods, etc.

At the end of your Agra tour, you will be transferred back to New Delhi airport to return your flight and back to Bangalore.

After arriving in Bangalore, you will be picked up from the airport and will be dropped back off at your hotel in Bangalore.
