Your first stop is Ham Tien Market, where you can choose some of the fresh ingredients for your cooking class.

Next, visit Chuon Chuon Retreat, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by our host — a true child of the sea — and begin your Vietnamese culinary journey.

At the METO Travel cooking kitchen, you’ll become a local for a day as you learn to prepare three traditional Vietnamese dishes: Bun Cha, Fresh Spring Rolls, and Banana Blossom Salad, each paired with its own special dipping sauce inspired by Phan Thiet’s iconic fish sauce heritage. To finish, enjoy a sweet dessert made with fresh coconut milk — a true taste of the tropics.

Finally, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve created, sharing great flavors and stories about the richness of Vietnamese cuisine.

12:30 PM – The driver takes you back to the resort, concluding the “Cook, Taste & Explore the Story of Vietnamese Cuisine” experience.
