14:00: You will stop to explore Ru Cha mangrove forest, the only remaining primary mangrove forest in Hue, located within the Tam Giang Lagoon. This is where various mangrove species grow together, such as Cha trees, sour mangroves… You can freely walk along the winding paths, surrounded by the unique and twisted roots of the mangroves.

Ru Cha is not only the largest concentrated mangrove area in Central Vietnam but also the “green lung” of the Tam Giang Lagoon and a fascinating eco–tourism destination. Here, you will join trash-collection and waste-sorting activities to help keep the forest clean and green.

Next, you will continue to Dam Chuon, part of the vast Tam Giang – Cau Hai lagoon system. You will enjoy a peaceful boat ride to admire the scenery, learn about the daily life of local fishermen, and savor a rustic light meal at a stilt house in the middle of the lagoon.
