Hoi An Hands- on Experience It can be a fun day into the tranquil countryside of Hoi An. We will follow the country roads to Cam Thanh commune and engage in local interaction, hands-on practicing on organic farming, local cooking and bamboo crafting.

09.00 – Set off on a half-day tour to Cam Thanh rural life. You’ll first take a short warm-up pedal through picturesque villages where life moves at a slower pace, passing rice paddies, local orchards and seeing the locals at work in the fields.
10.00 – Arrive at an organic farm in Cam Thanh. Here you will be welcome by local farmers who happily share with you their story about this community-based project. Following an interesting conversation, you’ll be invited to join in their daily works, such as applying organic manure, making organic pesticides to control and prevent pests, and cultivating the soil for planting and watering.
On completion of the gardening, you will return to the farmer's house and use the produce harvested from the organic vegetable garden to cook a Vietnamese lunch. Enjoy lunch with the dishes you’ve cooked at a garden-setting table (weather permitting)
In the afternoon, we hop on our bicycles again for a short cycle to a bamboo workshop where you’ll spend time the next couple of hours with a talented craftsman to make your own bamboo product under his guidance. Finishing your workshop by 5 pm, you’ll then be transferred back to the hotel by an electric car. Trip ends.

9.00 - English-speaking guide picks you up from the hotel by bicycle. Cycle to an organic farm in Cam Thanh.
10.00 - arrive at the farm, take a short basket boat ride then join local farmer with their daily work and then cooking class with the farm chef (vegetable collected from the farm)
12.30 - enjoy lunch at the farm
13.30 - cycle to Taboo studio. Bamboo workshop with local artisans.
16.00 – End of workshop, transfer back to hotel
