We warmly welcome you to Ot ta Cuisine where you can enjoy a wide range of authentic food as well as participate in our interactive cooking classes. Our skillful, friendly, enthusiastic and English-speaking staff members have all graduated from Hospitality College.
We specialize in local Vietnamese flavors which you will taste from our A la Carte menu, or choose from our Set menu and allow our chefs to arrange a flavorful culinary experience for you. Either way, we are confident that you won't regret dining with us.
Furthermore, we also offer cooking classes and market tours daily in the morning ( You can start at 08:00 - 12:00).
Our Chef is a fantastic local expert who will guide you through how to cook authentic and traditional dishes that we proudly serve in our restaurant.
Otta Cuisine is centrally located at 144 Tran Phu Street of the Hoi An old town, between Japanese bridge and Hoi An local Market, and just a few minutes walking from many hotels in Hoi An.

Our tour guide will welcome you at Otta Cuisine and head to TRA QUE Vegetable Farm by bicycle for a beautiful ride through rice paddies and gardens to take in the lives of the local farmers.
We will stop at Otta Cuisine to rest and pick up your conical hat and bag before heading to the Hoi An market. At the market, you can meet the local merchants and buy ingredients for the cooking class.
After, we will head back to the restaurant to begin your lesson guided by our professional chefs. They will instruct you every step of the way and when you are done, you can enjoy the meal you have prepared.
