i'm Thuy (Tess), a food lover was born in the North, but spending almost 12 years in Saigon, the South.
Initially learn cooking skills from my mum, adopting the culinary of the Central and the South area, i'd love to share a glance of healthy and sustainable cooking methodology to whom might be interested in Vietnamese culinary.
To create umami and sweet flavor, i try to make use of natural ingredients, and respect its characteristics. You will see the difference between msg-additives-preservatives and natural resources.

Welcome to my kitchen
Fish-sauce is the soul of Vietnamese culinary. Green Fish-sauce Kitchen brings up a different mindset to street food or some restaurants. The food closes to the old days, NO-msg-additives-preservatives-processed food, less sugar/sugar-free. To create umami & sweet flavor, i make use of natural ingredients & respect its characteristics.
If you like Phở & Bun Bo Hue, try my recipe of Vegan Phở, or tasty Bun Bo Hue in 1-2 hours or traditionally 5-10 hours for beef bone cooking.
If you don't like any ingredients, please let me know. Vegan & Custom Menu are available. You bring home with recipes & joys.
