ANCIENT CAPITAL HOA LU - TRANG AN - HANG MUA(1 day)

Detailed itinerary:

07:00-07:30: Pick-up at the Old Quarter and Opera House area in Hanoi, depart for Ninh Binh.

10:30: Arrive in Ninh Binh, visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu (Vietnam's capital in the 10th century), explore the temples of King Dinh and King Le. Visit the excavation area near the temple of King Le Dai Hanh, admire the beautiful Truong Yen valley to enjoy the magnificent scenery.

11:30: Arrive at Hang Mua, trek through winding paths covered with lush greenery and beautiful rock formations, then conquer the Hang Mua mountain peak with 500 steps. From the top of Hang Mua, you will have a panoramic view of the vast land of Hoa Lu, peaceful yet majestic like a mesmerizing painting that can evoke strong emotions. On the way back, pass by the Lotus Pond area nestled among limestone mountains, creating a romantic and ancient scene. You can rent traditional costumes for photos here.

13:00: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

14:00: Transfer to Trang An pier, board a boat to explore the Trang An Eco-Tourism site - where limestone cliffs, valleys, and winding rivers create a mystical and mysterious space. Relax on the boat and visit 4 natural caves among the most beautiful in Trang An: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Thanh Truot Cave, and the last one, Dai Cave. Stop by spiritual sites like Suoi Tien Temple and Vung Lam Palace. 16:30: Return to Hanoi by car.
