We'll travel to the legendary Hazrat Daud Cave, one of the most visited holy sites in Samarkand. At the foot of the mountain, in a vast garden, we'll see pilgrims preparing food and making sacrifices. From here, we'll ascend to the mountain's summit by donkey, horse, or by walking the ardu

Description
According to legend, the biblical King David (Daud) escaped his enemies through this cave, miraculously parting the rocks with his hands. Hazrat Daud is traditionally regarded as the patron saint of blacksmiths.
The cave is located in the Mirankul Mountains, approximately 40 km from Samarkand. At the foot of the mountain lies a large garden where pilgrims gather to prepare food and perform traditional sacrifices.
From here, pilgrims can ascend to the summit on foot via 2,500 steep steps, or choose to ride a donkey or horse to the top.
