This New Orleans Garden District Walking Tour showcases the gorgeous mansions, gardens and opulence of this once early American settlement. This tour includes the history, culture, and architecture of this wealthy neighborhood.
Our Tour begins outside The Rink Shopping Center at 2727 Prytania Street and continues to the gates of Lafayette Cemetery, where you will learn about our unique burial procedures and customs (NOTE: PUBLIC ACCESS IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE CEMETERY). From there we will walk and talk through the Oak lined streets of the neighborhood as we discuss architectural styles, celebrity homes, film locations and a few secrets.
