Overview
The Best of Orkney tour package is a two-night stay at our bed and breakfast in the heart of Orkneys capital, Kirkwall. On the middle day you will be taken on a tour of Orkney mainland which will include lunch at the 5000 year old village, Skara Brae.All entry fees are covered in the price

The Best of Orkney Everything you need out of a short stay in Orkney. Get transfers from wherever you arrive on the island and taken straight to the luxurious Shorelands B&B. Wake up the following morning to a full Scottish breakfast before being whisked around the top sites in Orkney in our tour bus. Orkney is rich in history and the tour involves Neolithic villages and monuments, the Viking built St Magnus cathedral, both world wars and how our islands that we live in today are shaped by it all. The tour includes lunch and entry fees to all the sites.
After the tour, you can relax in the guest lounge on front of a fire with a hot drink or dram to recharge your batteries ahead of whatever you have planned for the evening. The B&B is only 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. An evening meal is not included in the price.
One more night to reflect on your Orkney adventure in our perfect setting. Breakfast is served the following morning and flexible transfers are organised to get you back to catch your ferry or flight.
There are three room choices and prices vary on the amount of people and the type of room. We have a family room, a Kingsize bedroom and twin bedroom.

· Day 1 Pick up from the ferry or airport when you arrive in Orkney
· Arrive at the accommodation and shown to your room
· Day 2 Breakfast is served between and 7am and 9am.
· We will leave the accommodation to start the tour at around 10am
· The tour will take around 5 hours which will include your lunch and the following sites; WW2 Italian prisoner of war built chapel, Scapa flow costal drive, 5000 year old village Skara Brae, Neolithic stone circles the Ring of Brodgar and Standing Stones of Stenness and a lower level tour of the St Magnus Cathedral.
· Arrive back at the accommodation mid to late afternoon
· Day 3 following breakfast, your room should be vacated by 10am. You are more than welcome to use the guest lounge throughout the day. You can also leave your bags at the accommodation, should you wish to explore Kirkwall prior to drop off at your chosen departure point.
