Located in western Uganda approximately 376 km from Kampala, Queen Elizabeth National Park covers nearly 1,978 square kilometers of diverse ecosystems including open savannah plains, crater lakes, tropical forests, wetlands, and the famous Kazinga Channel. The park is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife with over 95 mammal species and more than 600 bird species, making it one of Africa’s top safari destinations for wildlife viewing, birdwatching, photography, and nature experiences.
