3 days uganda gorilla trekking safari
This 3 days uganda gorilla trekking safari will take you to the world heritage site called bwindi impenetrable national forest national park located in South western part of uganda. The Park has almost half of the world population of about 500 individual mountain gorillas, 21 habituated gorilla families in the different sectors of the park like nkuringo, rushaga, buhoma, and ruhija which gives a great opportunity for gorilla trekking and gorilla habituation.
Day 1: pick up from Entebbe international airport or from hotel. After being briefed on the highlights of the journey by the our tour guide, you will embark on your journey and make a stop over on the equator at Kayabwe for the photography and simple experiment before you continue to mbarara town for lunch.after lunch you will embark on your scenic drive to bwindi national park for over night.
Day 2: Gorilla tracking in bwindi national park.
After your early morning breakfast, your guide Will drive you to the park headquarters for briefing before heading into the forest for your gorilla trekking this trekking can last for 2 hour to 7 hours depending on the location of mountain gorilla family on that particular day. Once you find the gorillas, you will be allowed to spend an hour with them while observing their behaviours. Taking photographs before you return to the park headquarters for your certificate that confirms you have tracked the gorillas in Uganda . after you will go back to your hotel.
Day 3: Return to Kampala or Entebbe airport
After your breakfast, you will be driven back to Kampala or Entebbe. Since you will use the same route back, you will have another stop at the equator crossing for photo moments, buying souvenirs or to Just relax before continuing to Kampala or Entebbe
