3 Days Murchison Falls National Park and Rhinos

Day 1: Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

We shall have an early rise to set off for Murchison falls national park via Zziwa Rhino sanctuary. Our guide and rangers will guide you through the trekking which will last for about an hour.

After this experience, you will have lunch and then proceed to the national park where you arrive later that evening and check into your hotel where you will be spending the night.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise on River Nile

Today we have an early breakfast so that we have enough time to start the day with our hunt of animals in the wild. Our guide will take you through several tracks in the park as you sport different animals the park has to offer including; Giraffes as they move through the grasslands, buffaloes, Jacksons Hartebeest, Uganda Kobs, Lions, herds of Buffaloes, fishermen on Lake Albert, Waterbucks, etc.

You will be looking for the remaining Big 4 having seen the Rhinos the previous day at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. The game drive will go on until lunch after which you leave for the boat safari where you stand chances of spotting the different birds species on the Nile, Nile chrocodiles and more animals drinking water and cooling off. The boat cruise then will give us a chance to have an upclose view of the most powerful falls Murchison falls. After our cruise, we shall head back to the lodge for a dinner and campfire to end our day.

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala/airport

We drive to the top of Murchison falls for yet another up close view of how the Nile waters force themselves in a 7-meter gap to a thunderous roar – known as the most powerful falls. There is a resident beautiful rainbow formed making a contrast with the crashing water. After the experience, we proceed to Kampala / airport where our trip ends.
