Day 3: Shira 1 – Shira 2 Camp (3,850m)
Gradual acclimatization hike across the Shira Plateau.
Day 4: Shira 2 – Lava Tower (4,600m) – Barranco Camp (3,950m)
Climb high and sleep low for proper acclimatization.
Day 5: Barranco Camp – Karanga Camp (4,035m)
Climb the famous Barranco Wall and continue across alpine terrain.
Day 6: Karanga – Barafu Camp (4,640m)
Final preparation for summit night.
Day 7: Summit Day – Uhuru Peak (5,895m)
Midnight ascent to the summit for sunrise. Descend to Mweka Gate and transfer back to hotel.
