Lake Duluti Arusha is an old crater that became a deep lake which is more than 700m deep in Arusha. Lake Duluti is beautifully located between the green, lush forests and lends itself for a great deal of activities. From here you will have views on Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro. It is a home for reptiles and birds, lizards seen on edge of the lake and variety of birds have made their homes here. Occasionally monkeys can be seen swinging from the treetops on the edge of the lake.

You will be picked up from Moshi/Arusha in the morning, from which we have a short drive to Lake Duluti. We will stop at the Duluti Forest Club where we can enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Have a guided hike around the lake and take the canoe out for a spin. During the hike you will explore the lake and learn about its interesting history, variety of animals and its flora & fauna.
You can choose to grab a canoe and paddle around the lake to spot some monitor lizards or just float around in the sun. Upon returning there’s loads of time to relax, have a swim in the lake and enjoy from the forest club.
