Day 1: Arusha/Moshi → Tarangire National Park → Karatu

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. After a scenic drive, you'll arrive at Tarangire National Park, famous for its enormous elephant herds, ancient baobab trees and diverse landscapes. Enjoy an exciting afternoon game drive through the park while searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo and other wildlife. Tarangire is also an excellent destination for bird lovers, with many species found around its wetlands and savannahs. After the game drive, continue toward Karatu for dinner and your overnight accommodation.

Day 2: Karatu → Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, continue toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. As you enter the park, the landscape changes into vast open grasslands that provide an incredible setting for wildlife viewing. Enjoy an afternoon game drive searching for the Serengeti's famous predators and herbivores. Keep your eyes open for lions resting in the grass, cheetahs hunting across the plains, elephants moving between trees, and large herds of wildebeest and zebra.

Day 3: Full-Day Serengeti Safari → Ngorongoro

Wake up early for an exciting morning game drive in the Serengeti. Early morning is an excellent time for wildlife viewing as many animals are active before the heat of the day. Continue exploring the park, following wildlife-rich areas and enjoying the spectacular scenery. After lunch, begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying additional wildlife viewing along the way where conditions allow. Arrive at your accommodation near Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha/Moshi

After an early breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. Explore the crater floor, home to a remarkable variety of wildlife. Look for lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas and flamingos, with a chance of spotting the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the dramatic crater scenery before beginning your ascent from the crater. Continue your journey back to Arusha or Moshi, arriving later in the day.
