9 Days Adventure in Serengeti and Ngorongoro

Day 1: KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO ARUSHA.

On arrival at the airport, after customs and immigration formalities, you will be met by your driver guide who will transfer you to your lodge for an overnight stay. Check in for overnight at Korona Villa base on Dinner/Breakfast/Lunch box

Day 2: ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK.

After breakfast, you will head off to Tarangire National Park for a game drive with your lunch boxes to be served in the park.

Tarangire is one of the least visited of Tanzania's northern game parks, this wonderful wildlife reserve is renowned for its huge herds of elephants and giant baobab trees. Enjoy game viewing in this park and the amazing spectacle of an East African sunset, before checking in to your lodge at overnight at Tarangire Tortilis Camp base on dinner/Breakfast/Lunch

Day 3: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro Conservation Area with your lunch boxes to be served on the way, on arrival at Naabi hill gate, enjoy your game drive en route to your camp.

Serengeti National Park and adjacent Ndutu Plains is a World Heritage site that hosts the largest overland wildlife migration in the world. Over two million wildebeest, accompanied by huge herds of zebra and gazelle, travel over 500 miles as they journey southwards from the open plains of the Masai Mara in Kenya and across the hills of the eastern Serengeti to graze on the rich grasses of the southern Ndutu plains. Here calving occurs between January and March, when over a few short weeks they all give birth simultaneously to over 500,000 young - a truly spectacular sight. Depending upon the rains, the great migration starts around April, as these animals move northwards, crossing the treacherous Grumeti River in the western corridor and the Mara River in search of sweet new grasses.

Day 4: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast at your camp then you will drive to the park for a game drive with an option of taking a lunch box and going out for a full day or returning to the camp for a hot lunch and do another drive in the evening, return to the camp before dusk.

Day 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK TO NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA (NDUTU).

After breakfast drive to the park for game drive en route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Ndutu with your lunch boxes to be served on the way, on arrival at the area enjoy your game drive en route to your camp for the evening leisure. Ndutu area is generally Southern Serengeti and is a part of the Serengeti – Mara ecosystem, depending on weather, this can be the best place for migrating herds that depends on whether they can be between Central Serengeti and Southern Serengeti at this time of the year.

Day 6: NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA (NDUTU).

Breakfast at your camp then you will drive to the park for a game drive with an option of taking a lunch box and going out for a full day or returning to the camp for a hot lunch and do another drive in the evening, return to the camp before dusk.

Day 7: NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA >> KARATU.

After breakfast descend into the crater for a game drive with your lunch boxes to be served in the crater, (Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest intact caldera, forming a spectacular bowl of about 265 square kilometers with sides up to 2,000 feet (600m) deep. Although some animals do move in and out of this contained environment, the rich volcanic soil, lush forests, and spring lakes on the crater floor attract grazers and predators all year round, with up to 30,000 animals living in the crater - the highest density of big game found anywhere in Africa. Later ascend from the crater and drive to your lodge.

Day 8: KARATU TO LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PAR TO ARUSHA.

After breakfast drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive with your lunch boxes to be served in the park, later drive to Arusha where you will be dropped for the evening leisure.

Day 9: ARUSHA TO KILIMANJARO AIRPORT

After early breakfast, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport where you will be dropped to connect your flight to your next destination
