Bagamoyo Private Tour
Bagamoyo town was established by the Arabs who settled there from the 13th century was the main central slaves and ivory trade routes during the 18th century. A town still has some historical sites and old buildings related to the local and colonial history of Tanzania.
A town is rich in history and culture. Lunch will be offered in Bagamoyo with soft drinks during a tour. Among the places of interest include the Kaole ruins, old Catholic church, the German BOMA, the old port and the caravan serai museum.

- Meet the guide, get in the car and drive to Bagamoyo town for historical tour.
09:30 AM to 1:30 PM:
- Visit the Kaole ruins of 13th century then proceed to visit the Old fort building, the Slaves Port, the German Boma and Mwambao Primary School for historic photos.
1:30 PM to 2:30 PM:
- Stop for a lunch break at the Millennium Sea Breeze Hotel.
3:00 PM to 5:30 PM:
- Visit the cross at the beach, visit the Church Museum, visit the old church and the tower of the late Dr David Livingstone who was a medical doctor, a missionary and explorer.
- Thereafter visit the historic baobab tree and the former slave's village.
- Later on, drive back to Dar es Salaam to your hotel.
