Day 1: Drive to Mikumi for game drive
Meet your driver guide at the airport/Hotel and depart to Mikumi National Park. Afternoon game drive, check in at Camp Bastian for dinner and overnight. Afternoon visit Maasai Boma to enjoy cultural village tour
Camp Bastian Mikumi is set in unique and natural surroundings. The Camp is located in the buffer zone of Mikumi National Park about 10km from the main gate and A7 Dar es Salaam-Zambia/Malawi Highway. Cottages has private verandah, and is decorates with locally made furniture and fabrics to keep an authentic atmosphere in the rooms, each cottages have private bathroom attached. You will find everything you need during your stay, complimentary bottled water, towels and mosquito netting, hot water and electricity 24hrs
Day 2: Depart to Nyerere National Park (Selous)
After breakfast depart to Nyerere National Park with packed lunch crossing the Park. Check in at Selous Ngalawa Camp for dinner and overnight
Selous Ngalawa Camp is a basic self contained tented camp located near the Mtemere main gate and Mtemere Airstrip and is situated along the Rufiji River.
Day 3: Game drive and Boat safari
Half day game drive in the park. Return for lunch, then afternoon Boat trip, dinner and overnight at Selous Ngalawa Camp
Few other safaris in Tanzania evoke the romance, mystique and spiritual delight of the African bush as one in the Nyerere N. Park. Embracing 54,000 square km of south-western Tanzania, it is one of the largest protected wilderness park on the continent, three times larger than the Serengeti and twice the size of Belgium. Named after the legendary 19th century explorer and hunter Frederick Courtney Selous, the reserve was founded by the German colonial administration in 1905. It was later expanded to include traditional elephant migration routes and accommodate the vast herds of buffalo that roam this remote, untouched corner of Africa.
Day 4: Full day game drive
Full day game drive in the Park with packed lunch. Afternoon visit Maasai Boma to enjoy cultural tour. Dinner and overnight at Selous Ngalawa Camp

Day 5: Full day game drive
Another Full day game drive in the Park with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight at Selous Ngalawa Camp
On this day you can enjoy view of large numbers of Lichtenstein’s hartebeests, waterbucks, elands and bushbucks, in addition to leopards, crocodiles and hyenas. Furthermore this is among the few wildlife sanctuaries on the African continent where you will find the puku antelopes the African wild dogs as well as the sable antelope.
Day 6: Drive back to Dar
Morning walking safari with armed Ranger, return for breakfast, then depart to Dar with packed lunch.
