4 -Days The Great Serengeti Wildebeest Migration
Serengiti, the land of endless plains. The classic savannahs, dotted with acacias and endowed with wildlife make it undeniably the most attractive section. Serengeti is the safari destination for game drives and spotting the Big Five – lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, and rhinoceros. Its diverse ecosystems offer a welcoming haven for other remarkable inhabitants, including giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, and hyenas. Wildebeest, they dominate the whole number of animals in Serengeti. They are joy to watch especially when they are chased by all kinds of predators on the land and even down in the water of Mara River. About 1.5 million wildebeests migrate every year to and from Serengeti.

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Meet on arrival at the Airport, and transfer you to Arusha for an overnight stay. An hour drives from the airport to your lodge. Check in at Planet Lodge base on bed and breakfast
If early arrival you may opt to add either of the following extra activities: Lake Duluti canoeing, coffee tour, village visit, town tour or any other activity of your preference.
Day 2: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart to Serengeti, hot lunch on the way. Check in at Embalakai Camp
In this day you will head to wild Africa – the Serengeti with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. This diverse and interesting landscape will provide us with unlimited game viewing. Plain games such as elephants, zebra, wildebeest, lions, leopard and cheetah can be seen. Check in at Embalakai Camp for dinner and overnight
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, You will have a full day game drive in the central part of Serengeti, Following migration you will continue with the game heading to the northern side. Return for dinner and overnight at Embalakai Camp
You will have a full day game drive in the endless Serengeti plains, and head to Seronera area. Seronera is the heart of Serengeti and the richest wildlife habitats in the park together with Seronera River a source of water to this area which also attracts wildlife. Leopards are commonly seen on the branches of the sausage trees that line in the Seronera River. For birdwatchers’ birds like herons, egrets, grey crowned cranes, turacos, kingfishers and many other birds can be found here.
Day 4: Departure day
Wake up for the early morning game drive in Serengeti; later you will enjoy the enroute game on your way back to Arusha with packed lunch
