Serengeti Photo Safari - 9 Days of Wildebeest Migration Tour

Itinerary of the 9 Days Serengeti Photo Safari:

DAY 1 of the Serengeti Photo Safari - Arrive in Arusha, Tanzania - Reach the Kilimanjaro International Airport and leave for the River Trees Country Inn hotel already booked for you where you will stay and enjoy the breakfast.

DAY 2 - Arusha - Ngorongoro Crater National Park - After finishing breakfast, next would be the visit to Ngorongoro Crater where we will reach on time and enjoy the lunch at the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodges.

- To say the least, Ngorongoro is the world’s largest volcanic caldera and is home to thousands of large and small animals.

- Finish the lunch and then leave for the first photographic session along the Serengeti Photo Safari to enjoy in the great park. Take the photos with the wildlife like cheetahs, rhinos, elephants and the other lovebirds.

DAY 3 - Ngorongoro Crater National Park - Return to the crater floor for breakfast and then make a stopover at the safari coming back for lunchtime. Enjoy some afternoon time in relaxing and setting the images that you have just taken in the morning. Three times a meal will be provided by us at the Ngorongoro Serena Lodges.

DAY 4 - Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti National Park - After the early breakfast, we will leave for Ngorongoro Highlands which again offers yet another opportunity to visit the Masai community. Dance and sing in a traditional style, as guided by the locals living there.

- Right after the lunch break, we will have to leave for the Southern Serengeti, looking out for the leopards, cheetahs, lions and other mammals of this kind.

- Three times the meal is complimentary.

- Accommodation will be provided at the Serena Safari Lodges.

DAY 5 - Serengeti National Park - The next activity after breakfast is to leave for the morning game drives where we will interact with the cheetahs, giraffes, lions, elephants, zebras, and herds of other mammals.

- Take a lunch break. Three times meal will be served at the Serena Safari Lodge.

DAY 6 - Serengeti National Park - Herds of wildebeest animals will trek from Kenya’s Masai Mara to the southern Serengeti in search of pasture which grows after the short spells of rains. Wildebeest has a clear vision of the changing weather conditions and gives an early signal to migrate from one place to another.

- Later on, you can also enjoy the hot-air balloon safari for the bird eye view of landscapes.

- Today’s breakfast will be under the acacia tree of vast plains of Serengeti.

- Three times meal is complimentary at the Serena Safari Lodge on this day of your Serengeti Photo Safari.

DAY 7 - Serengeti National Park - Depart for the morning game drive to the Northern Serengeti where we would see the migration of animals crossing Mara River. Herds of Wildebeest and Zebra would be seen gathering on the banks of River Mara. Crocodiles are always looking for their hunt during the migration.

- Make a short stopover at the Sayari Camp which is a unique place amongst the National Geographic Lodges of the World. Sit at the center of the mesmerizing view of morning and evening game drives.

- Three times meal a day is complimentary furnished by us.

DAY 8 - Serengeti National Park - Let’s have some fun in the morning and evening game drives in the park from where we will leave for the Sayari Camp for night stay.

DAY 9 - Serengeti - Arusha - end of the Serengeti Photo Safari - Finish the breakfast and leave for the Arusha.

- Take transport for returning back to the international airport from where your home booked flight will take you far away in the land of your home country with multiple lifetime memories of the Serengeti Photo Safari.
