  4. Ngorongoro Crater
  5. Mount Kilimanjaro

Day 1: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast depart for Tarangire National Park. Full day game drive in Tarangire National Park. Tarangire has a diverse landscape, with nine vegetation zones. Ancient Baobab trees (the largest trees in Africa) dot the landscape dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. The Tarangire River, that meanders through the park attracts an abundance of wildlife, from elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, zebras, giraffes, antelopes to a variety of colourful birds. The park is very famous for having the greatest elephant population in Tanzania, and during a safari there you will have the chance of quietly observing many families of elephants interacting. With a stop for a picnic lunch in an observatory inside the park where you will be able to view animal’s drinking water in the river (and many times lions attacking a thirsty zebra or wildebeest), continue game viewing and finally return to the Camp or Lodge for Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02 : Serengeti National Park

Today’s drive takes you to the famous Serengeti National Park, home of the Great Wildebeest Migration. This exciting drive up the highlands provides a spectacular bird’s-eye view of the Ngorongoro Crater. As you crest the hillside, as far as the eyes can see, the vast expanse of the 6,900 sq. ml (18,000 sq. km) Serengeti is spread out before you.

Serengeti, defined as “endless plains” in Kiswahili, is inhabited by more than two million large mammals including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebra, and Thomson’s gazelle. Large predators including lion, cheetahs and hyena are drawn to the area by the abundance of prey which migrate throughout the park. Smaller animals like rock hyrax, bat-eared fox, mongoose, honey badger, jackals, monkeys, baboon, and African hare, with nearly 500 bird species, also inhabit the area.

Day 03 : Serengeti National Park Full Day

After breakfast, a morning game drive will take you through the Serengeti National Park with a stop at the famous Oldupai Gorge, where Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey made their discovery of the first man that walked the earth. After a short lecture describing the archeological digs and geology of the gorge, you will have time to visit the small museum and enjoy lunch. The afternoon game drive will take you further through the park to your overnight stay at the Seronera campsite.

Day 04 : Serengeti National park – Ngorongoro Highland

you'll start with an exhilarating game drive through the vast Serengeti, where the landscape teems with wildlife, from majestic lions lounging in the tall grass to herds of wildebeest on the move. As the morning progresses, your journey will lead you towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with a significant stop at Oldupai Gorge (often mistakenly called Olduvai Gorge). Here, you'll explore the cradle of humanity, where ancient fossils and stone tools have been unearthed, providing insights into human evolution. The Gorge itself is a dramatic, steep-sided ravine, offering not only historical significance but also breathtaking views. After absorbing this prehistoric narrative, you'll engage with the vibrant Maasai culture. You'll witness traditional Maasai activities, such as learning about their herding practices, trying your hand at spear throwing, or observing the intricate beadwork for which they are renowned. The day wraps up with cultural exchanges, where stories, songs, and dances fill the air, connecting you deeply with the Maasai's way of life, all set against the backdrop of one of Africa's most iconic landscapes. Overnight in Ngorongoro Highland in Tented Lodge.

Day 05 : Ngorongoro Crater – Departure

Morning after breakfast, you'll descend into the crater, one of the largest unbroken calderas in the world, teeming with wildlife. Here, you'll spend the afternoon on a game drive, with ample opportunities to see a dense concentration of animals including lions, elephants, and with luck, the elusive black rhinoceros. The day concludes with dinner and overnight accommodation on the crater rim, offering stunning views of this natural wonder as the sun sets, encapsulating the day's adventure in an unforgettable panorama. As the sun sets, transforming the sky into a canvas of orange and pink, you'll be transferred back to Arusha. From there, you'll head to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight back home, with memories of Tanzania's wild beauty etched in your heart.
