Day 1

Arusha – Central Serengeti via Ngorongoro

An early departure from Arusha around 7:30am and drive to the beautiful colors and scenic views of maasai steppe, the journey will take you through the beautiful highlands farms of karatu and ngorongoro conservation area as you approach the majestic vast land of Serengeti national park which hosts one of the largest and most diverse predatory-prey interactions worldwide.

We will then proceed to central Serengeti also known as seronara area, the place is famously considered as the predator capital of the world, and also features the Seronara River. The area is a must visit as it offers variety of different habitats; this may be due to its all year-round water source.

In the evening your Tanzania Solely Tours Guide will take you to the accommodation facilities for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2

SERENGETI – NGORONGORO

After having an early breakfast in the heart of serengeti we will proceed with game driving as we indulge in the beauty of the oldest eco system on earth, mornings here can be a bit chilly so keep your sweater on. Continue with game drive till afternoon and head back to camp for a hot lunch.

On this day only half of it will be spent in Serengeti, we will keep exploring the unique nature teemed with animals such as zebras, hippos, wildebeest, girrafes, and elephants. After lunch we will head south east towards ngorongoro conservation area.

DAY 3

NGORONGORO CRATER FULL DAY – ARUSHA

Ngorongoro is a special place in that it is a Conservation Area, not a National Park; this means that the whole area is managed for both the animals and the local Masai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife. During the drive in Ngorongoro we have a chance to glimpse something of the Masai way of life. We will drive around the rim of the Crater itself, and from here we can look down and see the herd of wildebeest or buffalos, finally we descend into the crater, the floor of the largest unbroken caldera in the world also called the Ngorongoro Crater.

Home to over 120 species of mammal including the fabled Big Five, the Ngorongoro Crater Area is one of the most sought, after safari destinations in the world. It's a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water.

You will spend this whole day at the Crater floor doing game drives in search of animals that can spotted at very close range, From the comfort of your open-top vehicle you will spot many wildlife including, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals (silver backed), and if lucky enough you can spot the rare species like the Caracal, leopards and the black Rhinos. Picnic lunch will most likely be taken at the Hippo Poolside Picnic site where you can also visit a washroom then continue with game drives in the afternoon as you head out of the Ngorongoro Crater.

You will later on in the afternoon drive up the Crater rim and drive out of the park and back to Arusha
