13-Day Tanzania Safari and Beach Holiday

Day1

Our safari guide will pick you up at either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha. You can relax at the lodge and prepare for the following day's adventure. Your overnight stay will also be at the lodge. Feel free to explore the city with our guide at no additional cost.

Day2

Early at 8:00 am, you will be picked up from the lodge and start a beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park while carrying lunch boxes.

Tarangire National Park is well-known for its large elephant herds and diversity of landscapes. The landscapes you will see include seasonal swamps and savannahs, with the Tarangire River winding its way through the parklands. You may see lions stalking their prey and/ or leopards relaxing in the trees above. Once the game drives are complete, we will drive you to the lodge to relax, have dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day3

After breakfast, you will depart to Lake Manyara National Park for game drives while carrying lunch boxes. Once the game drives are complete, we will drive you to the lodge to relax, have dinner, and stay overnight.

Lake Manyara National Park is famous for arboreal lions, which hide among the branches of trees, and the colonies of baboons that populate the forest. These baboons will accompany you along the road when you enter the park.

Day4-5

After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park for wildlife sightseeing. Then, you'll enjoy lunch in a suitable place inside the park. You will continue the game drive activity in the afternoon before reaching the camp. The next day, you will spend the whole day inside this park for game drives.

Serengeti is well-known for its great migrating herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeest. However, be ready to see resident predators, such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Day6

After breakfast, you will depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes. Once the game drives are complete, we will transfer you to your lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area constitutes the world's largest uninterrupted caldera and one of Africa's natural wonders. Around 30,000 large mammals are resident all year round (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos), and various birds (such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards). So be ready to see many animals in a short time

Day7

Once you have enjoyed your breakfast, our safari guide will drive you to Lake Eyasi, where you will meet the Hadzabe tribe. This is famous for its hunting skills. You can go hunting with them and observe their skills firsthand.

After you visit the Hadzabe tribe, you will stop by another Community, the Datoga Community. This Community is well-known for its skills as a blacksmith.

Furthermore, you can stretch your legs by walking around Lake Eyasi and visiting the local village.

After all these activities, you will be taken back to the lodge to relax, have dinner, and stay overnight.

Day8

After breakfast, you'll relax at the lodge. If time allows, you'll take a short tour of Karatu town for shopping. From here, you will transfer to Arusha Airport for a flight to Zanzibar. Our driver in Zanzibar will be waiting for you at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (formerly known as Zanzibar International Airport) for a private transfer to your hotel in Nungwi.

Day9

After breakfast, you'll spend the day on a tour of Zanzibar's Stone Town with our local guide.

Admire the narrow streets lined with many residential houses that preserve their original Swahili-Omani themes with exquisitely carved doorways, metal studs, overhanging balconies, and latticed windows. Due to the colonial presence and the many mosques commissioned by the olden Sultans of Zanzibar, you will see continental churches. You will also visit other interesting destinations here. Finally, we will transfer you to your beach hotel.

Day10-12

The following days are dedicated to relaxing on the beach and at the Smiles Beach Hotel. You will get the chance to enjoy the beach!

You'll discover Zanzibar's best beaches with spectacular sunsets, palm-fringed beaches, turquoise waters, and colorful coral reefs

Day13

You'll enjoy the remaining hours of the tour before you depart from the resort to Zanzibar Airport. Here our tour ends.

On the way back to Zanzibar Airport, you can stop at Zanzibar Stone Town and buy some souvenirs.
